Description

The Retreat is a building from the early to mid 19th century, constructed before 1849. It is made of stucco and features a Welsh slated roof. The building has two storeys, with a slightly projecting central section that has a pediment and round-headed windows. The window arrangement consists of two sets of two sashes on the ground floor and two sets of two sashes on the first floor, with decorative surrounds on the ground floor and an architrave and archivolt surrounds on the first floor.
