Description

Croft Field is a late 17th-century house located on the north side of Main Street in Harborough Magna. Originally timber-framed, the house was later clad in brick. The roof is covered with concrete pantiles and features brick stacks rising from the ridge. The house is one storey high with an attic, and has a three-window front. A 20th-century part-glazed door is set within a 20th-century wood porch. The ground floor windows are 19th-century three-light casements, while dormers are centrally and to the right, with a dormer to the left containing two two-light casements. The interior has been altered, but some original timber framing and chamfered beams remain.
