Description
Hill House is a 17th-century house with later additions, situated on the north side of Everington Lane in Yattendon. The house is timber framed with brick nogging, with brick additions and some rendered sections. It has an old tile roof with a catslide extending to the north, four gabled dormers with casements facing south, and two ridge stacks positioned off-centre to the right and left. The building is two framed bays wide and has one and a half storeys. The south front features four 2-light casement windows on the ground floor, which are 20th-century replacements. The main entrance is located at the rear of the property.
