Description
Nos 78 and 80 on Dunchurch Road are early 19th century red brick houses that have undergone later 19th century alterations. They feature a steeply pitched slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves and stand three storeys tall with an attic. The front has four bays, with large first floor sash windows that include glazing bars. The second floor has smaller window openings, two of which have been replaced with casements. There are also two modern flat roof dormers. A central rendered chimney stack is present, and there is a late 19th century red brick wing to the left.
