Description
Bank House is a house that has been converted into a bank and offices. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with a mid-20th century ground floor. The building is constructed of Flemish bond brick, featuring a rendered string course on the second floor and a moulded rendered cornice. The roof is not visible, but there is a brick stack at one end. The structure is L-shaped, with a wing extending to the rear on the left side. It stands three storeys tall and has a three-window range. The ground floor includes two 20th-century doors and three windows. The upper floors have sash windows, with the second floor featuring six-pane designs. The windows are topped with rusticated rendered flat arches that include keyblocks. The interior has not been inspected.
