Description
Redmorlee Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that was remodeled in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a plain tile roof featuring coped verges on shaped kneelers and a coursed stone ridge stack. The building has a roughly L-shaped plan, with the main range aligned east-west facing north, and a rear wing aligned north-south towards the west end. It has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, with three bays, casements, and a door located to the right of the center. At the rear, there is a three-light chamfered mullioned window on the ground floor to the right. The right-hand gable features a two-light chamfered mullioned attic window, while the left-hand gable has two two-light chamfered mullioned windows on the first floor and in the attic.
