Description

Lanehead Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed dressed and squared stone, topped with a tiled roof and featuring brick end stacks. The building is two stories high with an attic and has a two-window front. The windows are casements set in block surrounds. The entrance is located to the right of the center and has a part-glazed door. To the left, there is a single-storey addition that includes one window and a door, which is set against the main range of the farmhouse.
