Description

These are two early 19th-century cottages, built of red brick above a stone plinth. They stand on a narrow frontage along a village street, with a rounded corner returning along the side. The cottages are two storeys high and feature five casement windows, which are largely renewed. A simple wooden doorcase with a cornice hood supported by brackets fronts the property, leading to a six-panelled door. The roof is tiled. The cottages contribute significantly to the visual character of the street.
