Description
1-4 Park Drive are early 19th century estate cottages located in Trentham Park. Designed in the cottage ornée style, these terraced buildings are constructed of painted brick and consist of one storey with gables. Each end features a gabled bay, and the cottages have casement windows set in plain stone surrounds with keyed detailing and cast iron diamond pattern glazing bars. The ground storey windows, as well as those in the outer bays, are topped with hood moulds. There are four plain doorways, each with simple stone surrounds, and the second cottage has a wooden gabled porch. Additionally, there are four gabled dormers that extend above the eaves, each adorned with finials, and the roofs are tiled.
