Description
The Shropshire Union Canal Junction Bridge, also known as Number 38, is a road bridge located at Norbury Junction, built around 1829 to 1832 and designed by Thomas Telford. The bridge is constructed of stone and features a stone band and copings. It has a single elliptical arch made of voussoirs and a slightly cambered profile. The bridge includes solid parapets and piers, and there is an oval iron number plate on the south side. Additionally, a service pipe is attached to the south side, and there are two iron rope fenders.
