Description

Weston Hall is an 18th-century house located in Standon. It is built of red brick in a local vernacular style. The house is three storeys high, featuring slightly projecting one-window bays on either side and three windows in the centre, one of which is blocked. It has casement windows with cambered heads. A simple wooden doorcase with a rectangular fanlight is present, although the door and gabled porch are modern. A rear doorway is distinguished by a heavy iron-studded and banded plank door. The building has toothed eaves and is roofed with tiles. The interior kitchen contains massive moulded stop-chamfered ceiling beams with run-out stops.
