Description

The Stafford gateway to Weston Park, dating from the mid-18th century, consists of gatepiers, a screen wall, and gates. It features stone ashlar and wrought iron gates, with two pairs of square piers that have moulded cappings. These piers flank a plinth and an upper balustrade that supports the wrought iron gates. The foxes capping the inner piers may not be original.
