Description

This is an 18th-century stone urn located at Weston Park in Weston Under Lizard. The urn features a pedestal with a plinth, an inscribed die, and a moulded surbase. The urn itself has a stem and an acanthus bowl, adorned with crossed palm fronds on the sides, an egg and dart rim, and a domed top. There is an inscription, which is now partially lost, that dates to 1808 and relates to a horse.
