Description
The Cottage, located at SJ 815105, is a mid 19th-century building constructed of red brick and random coursed stonework. It features a hipped front roof with banded patterned tiles and a gabled rear. The cottage has side stacks and an L-shaped plan, designed in the cottage ornée style. It is a single-storey structure with three windows, including French casements and a semi-circular bay at the front, which has a central gablet and a trellised verandah.
