Description
Mill End is a 17th-century cottage located on the south-east side of Teddesley Road in Penkridge. The building features a timber frame with brick infill, although some parts have been rebuilt in brick. It has a slate roof and includes a brick integral end stack and a corner stack. The cottage is a two-bay range that is aligned north-east to south-west and faces north-west. It is one storey high with a gable-lit attic and has two windows with glazing bar casements, along with a central boarded door. The framing consists of two square panels at the eaves and short straight braces. At the time of the re-survey in March 1985, the cottage was undergoing renovation work.
