Description

Brineton Farm is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a red tiled roof featuring verge parapets and a central stack. The building has a lobby entrance plan and is two storeys high with a two-window front and a gable-lit attic. It includes 19th-century casement windows with segmental heads and a raised band at the first-floor level. The entrance is marked by a boarded door with a segmental head. There is a lower wing at the rear, making this a very late example of a lobby entrance plan.
