Description

Piccadilly Cottages is a terrace of three cottages dating from the 17th century. The cottages are timber framed with brick infill and some areas of brick rebuilding, topped with a plain tile roof and featuring brick ridge stacks. They are aligned in a north-west to south-east direction, facing south-west. The cottages are one storey high with an attic, displaying two square panels at the eaves and straight braces. There are three casement windows and a central gabled attic dormer. The entrances consist of three boarded and battened doors. Inside, the cottages have queen strut roof trusses with one pair of purlins and a ridge piece.
