Description

The Beeches is a cottage built around 1840. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tile roof with deeply overhanging eaves. The building has two tall brick gable stacks and is two stories high with three bays. The central doorway is framed by a pedimental door surround and has a panel door. On either side of the doorway are single three-light casements, and above these are two similar casements. All windows have stucco brick lintels with keystones. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
