Description

The George and Dragon is an inn built in the mid to late 18th century, with later additions. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with raised verges and brick integral end stacks. The main building is aligned east-west and faces north, with extensions at the rear. It has three storeys, with corbelled eaves and a reduced height on the second floor. The façade includes three windows, which are early 20th-century casements set within 18th-century surrounds that have segmental heads. There is a door located to the right of the centre.
