Description

The Adie Monument, located approximately 45 metres north-west of the porch of the Church of St Michael in Lichfield, is a memorial dedicated to members of the Adie family who died between 1812 and 1860. The monument is constructed of ashlar stone and features a sub-octagonal plinth topped with an ogival shape. It has a cornice and a moulded block adorned with swags, which is part of an urn. The faces of the monument have plain panels, with inset oval panels on the front and back.
