Description
This former hay barn, located approximately 27 metres east of Old Hall Farmhouse, dates from the mid-19th century and has undergone some later alterations. The structure is built from coursed and squared large stone blocks and features a clay tile roof. It consists of a three-bay section on the left, which is slightly higher, and a two-bay section attached to the right. The barn has a central segmental carriage arch, with the two left-hand bays separated by a pier. These bays have boarded upper halves and boarded doors in the lower half. There is a door to the right of centre and a blocked carriage opening with a boarded door inserted to the right, along with a boarded loft opening to the right of centre.
