Description
Moatspring Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with coped verges, along with brick integral end stacks and a central stack. The building has a cruciform plan, with a main range aligned north-south and flanking wings aligned east-west. It stands three storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with three bays. The windows are casements with segmental heads, and there is a central gabled break that includes a lunette on the second floor. The entrance is centrally located and glazed.
