Description
Park Lodge is a farmhouse built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with vitrified headers that create diaper patterns, and it features a plain tile roof with brick off-ridge stacks. The building is designed in the Tudor-Gothic style.
On the south front, Park Lodge has two storeys and an attic, with two gabled bays. The windows are mullioned with hood moulds and contain casements; the ground and first floor windows have three lights, while the attic windows have two lights. There is a gabled porch on the right side, and the gables are adorned with decorative barge boards and finials.
The west front also has two storeys and an attic, with three gabled bays, the center of which is recessed. It features mullioned windows with hood moulds that contain casements, along with decorative barge boards and finials on the gables. Park Lodge is located at the entrance to Bagots Park.
