Cottage. Late C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed originally, the outer walls rebuilt in brick, now painted; thatched roof; brick ridge stacks. 4-cell plan, the south-west bay a later addition, extension to rear (north-west). One storey and attic; 4 windows, segmental head casements except square-head window to right, window to left of centre is large, one dormer to right of centre with roof sweeping over it; segmental-head door to right of centre, blocked door to left of centre; vertical joint in brickwork to left; C20 conservatory to right. Interior: Central partition wall is timber framed, square panels and short straight braces, queen strut roof truss above supporting one pair of purlins and a ridge piece.
