Description

Four gate piers located adjacent to No. 9 Church Road were built in the early 19th century. They are made of cast iron and have a square plan, standing approximately 2 meters high. The piers feature panelled sides and a cornice that is topped with small urns. They are likely to have been constructed around the same time as the nearby lodge and together they form a cohesive group.
