Description

The Church of St Mark, located on Church Hill Street in Winshill, was built in 1869 and designed by architect Edwin Holmes of Birmingham. It is constructed in the Gothic style, featuring geometrical tracery. The church includes a nave and aisles, a chancel, and a south-west tower topped with a broach spire. The construction was funded by John Gretton, a local brewer.
