  1. Dated 1818. Former steam flow on disused canalside. Red brick. Plain tile roof with stone coped gable ends with shaped kneelers and brick dentil eaves. Two-storeys and attic. Six bays. Cast iron frame windows with small panes in segmental-headed openings with stone cills. Right hand window blocked. Left of centre ground and first floor doors. Datestone in gable end. Addition to rear dated 1891, 4-storeys, brick. Circa early C19 2-storey twin gabled wings to end wall, with segmental-headed carriageway, one blocked. Machinery taken out.
