Probably C16. Cruck-framed cottage greatly altered in C20. Brick infill and eaves heightened. Asbestos slate roof with gabled ends. One-storey and attic. Three modern gabled dormers. Ground floor 2 modern casements and modern bow window at centre. Modern brick wing at rear. Interior contains 2 cruck trusses only visible on the ground floor. They may be truncated at floor level or concealed in partition walls.
