Description
Longswood Farmhouse is an early 19th century red brick house with a plain tile roof, featuring gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The house is two and a half storeys high and originally comprised three bays. The ground and first floors are characterized by segmental arched windows with fluted keyblocks, while the attic windows have flat tops aligned under the eaves. These windows now contain modern three-light casements. A central glazed and panelled door is set within a moulded doorcase, and a large modern glazed porch has been added. Brick end stacks are also present. A contemporary gabled wing extends from the rear of the property.
