Description

The farm buildings to the west of Home Farmhouse date from around 1800 to 1830 and are constructed of brick. This range includes byres, stabling, and outhouses that enclose the farmyard, featuring a gate leading from the road and another gate to the north. The buildings have a tiled gable end roof with a raised brick eaves band. There is a segmental arched waggon entrance on the road elevation at the return of the western block. The cow sheds and stabling have flat gauged arches for the windows and doors. These farmyard buildings are part of a closely related contemporary group with the farmhouse.
