Description
The small stables, located immediately south of the barn north-northwest of Longford Hall, date from the late 17th century and are constructed from red brick set on a sandstone plinth. The building features a tiled roof with gabled ends and has ventilation holes in the end wall. There are stable doors and a window, along with a loft door in the gable end. Large modern doors have been inserted at the rear (south) of the structure. These stables are included in the listing for their group value with the nearby barn and Longford Hall.
