Description
11 and 12 St Alkmond's Square are a pair of houses dating from around 1800. They are constructed of brick and feature a hipped Welsh slate roof on the left-hand gable. The buildings rise three storeys and have a five-window range. There are two doorways framed by architraves with pedimented hoods, along with the blocking of a former doorway. To the left, there is a blind window space, and to the right of the right-hand door, there are two 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads. The first-floor windows are of a similar design, while the second storey has two 9-pane sashes, with the other window spaces left blank. Each floor has a single 12-pane sash window in the side elevation facing north. The side walls feature stacks. This building forms a single structure with No. 10.
