Description

27 Coton Hill is a house dating from the early 19th century, although it has an earlier core. The exterior features roughcast render and a plain tiled roof. The building has a single-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a single-window range. The doorway is positioned to the right and is framed by a moulded architrave, with a 12-pane sash window next to it. Above, there is a 9-pane sash window, and a blind window is located over the door.
