Description

Eardington Villa is a late 18th century building constructed of brick with a tiled roof and brick stacks. The exterior is partly roughcast and the villa features two storeys and an attic. It has a central pediment that includes a semi-circular window with a keyblock. There are three casement windows, with the central one being Venetian. Additionally, the villa has two canted bay windows that are adorned with Gothick glazing bars. A modern wooden tablet on the building displays the date 1784.
