Description
The weir, located adjacent to the bridge over the River Teme on Oakley Park Drive, dates from the 19th century and serves both a corn mill and a sawmill. It has a V-shaped design, constructed with dressed stone for the cut-water and coping, while the fill is made of vertical rubble. The weir retains some sluice equipment and is part of a group that includes the corn mill, sawmill, and the bridge over the Teme.
