Description

The churchyard cross located to the south of the nave of the Church of St Mary the Virgin is a medieval structure made of sandstone ashlar. It features a truncated octagonal shaft with a chamfer stop, which is set on a circular plinth that has a cusped ogee-headed niche on the west side. This is all positioned on two circular steps.
