Description
This is an early 19th century pair of red brick houses, located on the south side of Noble Street. Number 61 has painted brick. The houses have a Welsh slate roof with gabled ends and decorative, moulded stucco eaves. They are two storeys high and arranged with five bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each with a plain stone lintel, and a continuous band at the level of the first floor window sills. Each house has a moulded doorcase with console brackets and cornices, surmounted by a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. The doors are flush panelled. Brick chimney stacks rise from the ridge of the roof.
