Description

Astbury House is a small, late 18th-century brick house situated on the south side of High Street. It has a slate roof with pedimental gable ends and brick dentil eaves. The house is three storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set within exposed moulded casings, and have stuccoed heads. On the ground floor are two small, multi-pane shop windows in moulded frames. There are two flush panel doors, each with a hood supported by brackets. A fire insurance plaque is affixed to the front of the building.
