Description
Drayton Lodge Farmhouse and the adjoining former coach house to the northwest were built in the late 18th century. The farmhouse is constructed of red brick with an ashlar plinth and features a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and includes a plinth, a moulded wooden eaves cornice, and two off-centre ridge stacks on the left and right. The building has three bays with glazing-bar sash windows that have gauged heads on the ground and first floors. There is a central half-octagonal former porch with a sill string and a flat lead roof, which has glazing-bar sashes on three sides and evidence of a blocked central door. The entrance is now located at the rear, and the left-hand elevation has one bay with blind windows.
The two-storey former coach house is set back to the left and is made of red brick with a hipped old tile roof. It features a tall recessed blind round arch with a gauged head and a smaller semicircular window within.
The farmhouse and coach house are located adjacent to Drayton Lodge to the east.
