GV II

Garden house. Late C18. Brick with first-floor string course to front. Plain-tile roof with brick coped gable to front and hipped roof with moulded wood eaves elsewhere. Central brick ridge chimney. EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic and cellar. North front: plain boarded door with attic window over, both with gauged brick lintels. Sides: one window each side, with projecting east and west bays to rear also with one window. Rear: central semi-dormer with moulded wood verge, flanked by brick-blocked openings. Central cellar doorway with segmental arch and C19 buttress each side. Lattice glazing to windows. All windows and doors boarded over. INTERIOR: not inspected.
