Description

Park House is an 18th-century building that has been altered, located on Park Street. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and originally featured a single window on the first floor, alongside a 2-light casement. A bay window with angled glazing and a half-glazed door are situated on the ground floor to the right.

An extension, now incorporated into a shop, was refaced in the early 19th century. This extension is also of rubble construction with a Cotswold stone roof and has three small windows on the first floor, the right-hand one being a glazing bar sash window. A wide entry is on the right side, with a central door on the ground floor and three modern windows to the left.

Inside, the ground floor contains a large Tudor arch fireplace, accompanied by a segment-headed doorway to the right. A beam in a room adjacent to the fireplace is heavily moulded in a late 16th-century style.
