Description
12 Park Street is an early to mid 19th century building. It is two storeys high, constructed of rubble with a machine tile roof. The building has a T-plan chimney. On the first floor, there are two windows, and on the ground floor, there is one window, all of which are 2-light casements. The entrance door is located to the left of centre, and there is an alleyway to the left, which may provide access to No. 11.
