Description

28 Victoria Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed from coursed rubble. It features a roof made of stone slates and has one chimney stack. The façade includes two windows without glazing bars. The ground floor presents a small bay window that serves as a shop front, alongside half-glazed double doors set within a wooden pilastered architrave, complete with a frieze and cornice.
