Description

The property at No. 6 Park Street, Coniston, is probably a 17th-century building. It is constructed of rubble with a slate roof. The building has two and a half storeys and includes two chimneys, one of which is ashlar with a moulded cap. There are two gabled dormers, dating to the 19th century. The first floor has two casement windows with multi-pane glazing, set within 17th-century window surrounds. Although the ground floor windows have been altered, some retain portions of original 17th-century window surrounds. A central doorway is chamfered.
