Description

This is a late 18th-century house and office, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of painted roughcast render, topped with a plain-tile roof featuring cogged brick eaves. Each gable end has an integral brick stack. The building has a rectangular plan, running parallel to the street.

The front of the building presents a two-story, three-window facade with 6/6 sash windows on the first floor. The ground floor has an 8/1 sash window and a modern shop front to the left. The shop front incorporates pilasters, a bracketed fascia with a cornice, and a central doorcase with bracketed pilasters and a simple entablature, featuring a radial fanlight and a 20th-century glazed door. The left gable end is smoothly rendered and contains a 2-light attic casement. The interior of the building was not inspected.
