Canal bridge. Circa 1797. Plum-coloured brick (English bond) with red brick dressings and grey sandstone coping. Segmental arch with projecting brick keystone, string course, and curved parapet has square end piers with pyramidal caps. Included as one of the last surviving unaltered examples of a bridge in this section of the now disused Shrewsbury arm of the Shropshire Union Canal (begun 1793 and opened in 1797).
