Description
Evelith Manor is a house built in the early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes a plinth, a first floor cill band, a cornice, a blocking course, and two ridge stacks. The façade consists of three bays, with glazing bar sashes set in architraves adorned with Greek mouldings. A central projecting portico on the ground floor is supported by paired Greek Doric columns and features a high entablature and a blocking course. There are two half-glazed doors with margin lights. The return fronts have four bays with plain sashes. An Italianate belvedere is located at the southwest corner, which may have been added later.
