Dentil brick eaves cornice, end stack to left, and ridge stack off-centre to right. 2 first floor segmental headed glazing bar sashes, 2 ground floor C19 segmental headed wooden mullioned and transomed windows. Entrance at rear. Included for group value. The Manor House (qv) adjoins to the South.
