Description

The Middle House is a house dating from around 1800, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick with a slate roof featuring raised verges and integrated end stacks. The house has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, and a dentilated eaves cornice. The front facade has three windows, all of which are glazing bar sash windows with segmental heads, with 20 panes on the ground floor. A central entrance has a plain, pedimented doorcase with a fanlight above a six-panel raised and fielded door. A mid-20th century lean-to extension has been added to the left side of the property.
