Description

Hanwood Bridge is an early 19th-century bridge constructed from roughly coursed limestone and conglomerate rubble. It features an ashlar parapet and a string course. The bridge has a single wide segmental arch, which is complemented by a flat string course, a parapet, and rectangular corner piers.
